This way you can be sure that your dish is also cooked inside, in the core. The thermometer can remain in the oven during cooking, so that you can keep a close eye on the cooking. The shadow on the pen indicates how far you should insert it into the meat. Thanks to the large numbers, the thermometer is easy to read, the temperature is shown in both ºC and ºF. The holder protects the thermometer after use and provides recommended temperatures for different types of meat. The thermometer measures up to 90ºC.
